Project Management Assistant
As the Project Management Assistant, you will become an integral part of our dynamic business, assisting the Project Management team. This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. The primary responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to departments on matters such as: estimates, invoices and finance.
Providing support to ongoing projects from inception to completion
Administration of Visual Enterprise System which includes:
- Creating purchase orders and work orders
- Managing plant inventory
- Support to the finance department
Providing assistance to international suppliers and clients:
- Dealing with companies in Europe, China and India
- Providing updates to and communication with clients and suppliers.
Preparing monthly invoicing and Crystal reports
General administrative duties as required by the Project Management team and COO or CEO.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Engineering, business or design.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a finance role. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, following up as necessary
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bi-lingual candidates are a priority, French, Chinese, or German speaking.
Experience with Visual Enterprise Software
Experience in wood, metal, plastic, glass, and printing and can read engineering drawings and manage suppliers to meet client’s critical delivery expectations.

Account Executive
You are a below the line account executive, a true sales professional. Prospecting for new business, relationship building and account management is all part of your daily routine. You are high energy and a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Display or Sales Promotion field. Your job will be to liaise with clients on projects and direct our creative and production resources. Experience with CPG customers and retailers is a real asset.

Industrial Designer
You are a unique, multi-faceted designer, one with experience in retail and an understanding of the nuances of Display, Graphic, & Interior Design, Architecture & Engineering. You need to have a full understanding of materials, production processes and the dynamics of CPG in-store merchandising. You need to have a passion for great design innovation from initial concepts to final production. A minimum of 3- 5 years experience is an essential qualification for you to join our design team. We work in Solid Works, Rhino, AutoCAD, PC and Mac based programs.
