GLOBAL IN-STORE
COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION
GIC is a private, producer/supplier organization started some 50
years ago to promote a better understanding of “International Marketing”. Each country is represented by a leading display company. The group is currently made up of 20 different companies and countries (while
the USA is represented by two companies). Each year a week-long forum is attended by owners and senior managers to discuss economic conditions within their countries, client relationships, new materials and manufacturing processes, new technologies and their application to retail environments, display and merchandising.
The following are some of the highlight's from this year's symposium.
