OVERVIEW
Auto 'After Sales' is an important revenue stream for any dealership particularly when automotive sales are down. Keeping customers coming back to the dealership is an important part of the marketing strategy so Honda capitalizes on two key Tire Buying periods (Spring and Winter) to drive traffic into the parts/service department.
CHALLENGE
There is a consumer perception that buying tires at a dealership is more expensive than specialty shops. Honda?s challenge is to dispel that myth and show the customer that their dealers carry top brands at competitive prices. Our challenge is to create exciting new POP material for spring and fall that draws attention to the dealer tire event.
RESULTS
Gorrie developed a theme that was used consistently on all POP materials including outside Banners, Posters, Tire Inserts and Freestanding Tire Stands. Materials are packaged in kit form and are flexible enough that they can be used all over the dealership. We have executed this program successfully for a number of years and to over 280 dealerships.
