GORRIE WINS SILVER AT CMA AWARDS GALA
On November 28th, 2008, a group from Gorrie Marketing and long-standing client Benjamin Moore & Co. attended the annual Canadian Marketing Association Awards gala at the Westin Harbor Castle, to accept a “Silver” award in the ”Internatio
This prestigious award was earned for the strategy and design of the Benjamin Moore Rewards program, a large–scale online staff incentive program developed and managed by Gorrie, targeting Benjamin Moore’s US and Canadian Retailers.
The program offers points to retailers based on sales results, which they in turn distribute to their staff for helping sell through the product. Product training, event participation and other behavioral results can also earn participants points, all facilitated via the robust web portal that was developed.
Since the program’s launch, over 1,500 retailers have enrolled, and over 7,500 prize items have been redeemed by their staff, further testaments to the sales results and staff engagement that have been driven by the program.
