Benjamin Moore Signature Store Program
CLIENT: Benjamin Moore
PROJECT: Signature Store Program
INDUSTRY: Home Improvement
SERVICES: Displays, Spaces and Installation
OVERVIEW
Benjamin Moore wanted to launch a program that changed the entire face of their business, to shift from selling paint to selling color. To support the proposition of this rebranding, Gorrie developed a series of fixtures and displays, and an overall retail environmental design, to turn their independent retailer's stores into consistently branded and beautiful decor destinations.
CHALLENGE
Every one of Benjamin Moore's retailers are an independent business owner, and no two store footprints are alike. The design and fixture solutions had to be scalable, adaptable and modular enough to fit into and transform any store. Additionally, to limit retailer investment requirements, many of the solutions provided needed to be designed as cladding or conversion kits for existing fixtures, all from various manufacturers, requiring professional installation across a wide area.
RESULTS
• Over 1,500 stores have been converted across North America.
• Newly converted stores showed an average 22% lift in sales.
• Unaided brand awareness has increased dramatically.
