OVERVIEW
To support a series of new product launches, Benjamin Moore came to Gorrie to develop an incentive and reward program that directly influenced the frontline staff, and rewarded them for sales results. Our award winning solution was Benjamin Moore Rewards. Print communication, websites and email campaigns were employed to launch the program to a large group of independently owned retailers and their staff.
CHALLENGE
The program would be the first time that the corporate company communicated directly with their retailer's staff, many of whom were not used to electronic communications and programs. A series of training documents and communication pieces were required to explain the value of the program, and to drive engagement.
RESULTS
• Over 1,200 retailers and 1,600 staff enrolled in program (85%+ of eligible targets).
• Over 7,500 reward prizes distributed to date.
• The optional e-learning quiz modules were completed by 850 participants.
• Enrolled retailers showed double the average sales rate of promo products vs retailers not enrolled.
